Curious About Our Culture?
We offer drafting services for residential buildings. We create floor plans, elevations, cross sections, and site plans. We have been in the residential design industry for 14 years and have worked for firms like L. G. Burton Design. We are based in Vancouver Lower Mainland and offer our services in Surrey, Delta, Langley and Abbotsford. We can create permit and construction ready drawings for single family homes, duplex, basement suites. If you are putting your house on the market and need floor plans to go along with the house pictures, we can create presentation sets for media use. We can also help construction companies sit down and brainstorm ideas like creating rough ideas and do basic drafting on the CAD file.

I have been in the residential design industry for almost 14 years working as a senior draftsperson for L. G. Burton Design. Working along with their firm, I have learned a lot about how this industry operates and its standards. I have had the pleasure of drafting many projects all over lower mainland for them. I have drafted everything from small homes to farm houses, duplex, lottery homes, subdivision, and new homes to renovations. Main reason to open my company was to gain experience in all aspects of a residential design process. Currently I have been blessed to work stress free and just draft numerous projects over the years, its time I meet clients and other professionals and advance my knowledge as I take on the task of a designer.
